Rogier is a pragmatic supply chain consultant with a hands-on mentality and who sets out to take processes and teams to a higher level.

He focuses on boosting internal and external customer satisfaction by connecting team members to processes so that, together, they can achieve their objectives.

His hands-on approach means he can quickly familiarise himself with processes and systems. This rapidly translates into added value for potential clients.

Experience

Rogier studied business economics and gained his experience in logistics and business administration as an inventory controller, forecaster, supply chain planner and customer service manager. So he has the knowledge and experience needed to be a key player at the hub of a business.

• Customer service management: leading the Customer Service department and coaching and guiding staff
• Setting up KPI reporting, including defining KPIs and ensuring data availability
• Implementing ERP packages
• Supply chain planning (demand, supply, capacity and production)
• Restoring relationships between operations, sales and customer service
